Zero Mercy Card Online · zeromercy.live · Last updated 4 October 2026
This page explains what Zero Mercy Card Online stores when you play, why, and how to delete it. We keep as little as the game needs.
What we store
- Your player profile: the nickname you type and the player ID the game makes for you.
- If you sign in with Google, Facebook, X or Instagram: your account's ID at that service, your name (or username) and your profile picture. We never see your password. We don't read your posts, messages or friends list there, and we never post anything for you.
- Game data: your coins and coin history, the friends you add in Zero Mercy Card Online, coin gifts, and game results (winners' names and scores for the leaderboard).
- A sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in on this device. Settings such as your table theme and sound are saved only in your own browser.
Usage statistics
The website and the Android app use Google Analytics (Firebase) to count how many people play, from which countries and devices, for how long, and which screens they open. It uses an anonymous ID (on the website, Google Analytics cookies), not your name or account. Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy.
Voice chat
Voice chat is only on when you turn your microphone on. Audio goes directly between the players' devices (through a relay server when a network blocks direct connections). We don't record or store it.
How we use it
Only to run the game: to seat you at tables, show your name and picture to the other players, keep your coins and friends, and show leaderboards.
Who can see it
Other players see your nickname, picture, player ID, coins and results while playing and on the leaderboards. We don't sell your data or show ads, and apart from the usage statistics above we don't share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it, and deleting it
We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete your account and its data at any time: see how to delete your data.
Children
Zero Mercy Card Online isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly store data about them.
Rules for using the game
See the Terms of use.
